The Berling Group

The Berling Group consists of several business units and companies. The Group was established in 1986, and the present group structure was established in late 1997.

Berling Capital Ltd is the parent company of the Group. Its business concept is to develop, supervise and assist the affiliates in addition to managing their finances and investment operations. The individual units are in charge of the operational management of their respective business activities, and it is not a matter of course that any business association or synergy exists between them.

The companies are divided into different business divisions, and it is not considered vital that any synergies exist between them. The goal of the divisions is to be profitable and to surpass market growth.

Berling Capital Ltd is owned by Esa Karppinen and his three children. The Group Company has no external shareholders.
